All American Gifts will provide a full refund (less s/h) to the customer who, for any reason, returns merchandise within 30 days of the date of delivery of the item(s)*. 

Requests for exchange of items will be honored for a period of 60 days from the date of delivery of the item to the customer*. The customer wishes to exchange a product will be responsible for additional shipping charges if no mistake was made by us.
